Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most locations within India.

If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will inform you and process a refund (if payment has already been made).

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where available).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make reasonable delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate while placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs, if applicable.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
