Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product is defective at the time of delivery.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide your order details and clear photos or videos of the product for verification.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, seals, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products with broken safety seals.

  • Consumable health or wellness products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the product qualifies under our Return Policy, you may request a return after delivery.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address or contact information provided by the customer.

  • Delivery failure due to the customer’s unavailability.

  • Delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Products returned without prior approval.
